We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require additional documentation before processing.
ahok4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 1-24 hours during business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank's or e-wallet provider's processing schedule. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification and take longer to process for security purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ahok4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
ahok4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
